Rare Collectibles TV, LLC (RCTV) is seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and are looking for a part-time opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Understanding customer requirements and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Informing callers about the diverse range of products featured in our media presentations.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Maintaining the ability to work at a computer for extended durations, despite varying call volumes.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and dependability at all times.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will be the initial point of contact for our customers.
  • The ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and establish rapport.
