Rare Collectibles TV, LLC (RCTV) is seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists. This role is designed for those looking for a flexible Part-Time schedule to work weekends only.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Understanding customer requirements and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Informing callers about the diverse range of products showcased during our broadcasts.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Maintaining focus and productivity while managing call volume and computer tasks.
  • Demonstrating reliability and punctuality in your role.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can establish connections and rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and a willingness to learn.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal abilities and adaptability in dynamic situations, remaining calm and supportive during calls.
  • Possess proficient data entry capabilities.
  • Are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
