Position Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring that all aspects of business management and hospitality services are executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of wellbeing and teamwork among residents and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team of healthcare and hospitality professionals.
  • Collaborate with corporate operations to standardize processes across all communities.
  • Manage the community budget, including labor and operational expenses, while maximizing revenue.
  • Work alongside the Senior Living Consultant to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Support the Director of Health and Wellbeing in various operational areas.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality in dining and hospitality experiences.
  • Address and resolve resident or guest concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Licensed Assisted Living Director certification in Minnesota or be eligible to obtain one.
  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in senior services is advantageous.
