Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive Support Specialist to assist our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the CEO and CFO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
  • Manage and filter communications, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring appropriate handling and redirection.
  • Support the organization and execution of external meetings and corporate retreats.
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Executive Support Specialist or in a comparable role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Positive demeanor, proactive mindset, and a robust work ethic.
  • Availability to work onsite at least three days per week.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
