As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on Gunner's home improvement processes, gaining insights into our product offerings and mastering the art of delivering engaging sales presentations. This role is designed to enhance your negotiation and interpersonal skills. Many of our successful Sales Representatives and leaders have advanced from within, making this position an ideal starting point for a rewarding career with numerous growth opportunities.

Gunner offers a paid two-week training program as part of our onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • No cold calling – leads provided by the company
  • Effectively communicate Gunner's products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Travel within designated areas to conduct assessments and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate efficiently as part of a team or independently
  • Participate in company and team meetings
  • Generate appointments while educating clients on home improvement possibilities
  • Manage, nurture, and close sales leads with a high level of professionalism
  • Track data and analyze performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact
  • Exceptional communication and listening abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to organize and manage your schedule effectively
  • A relentless drive for success and a positive outlook
  • Charisma, humor, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
