The Senior Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of Charter Communications' marketing efforts, focusing on the small business audience under the Spectrum Business brand.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional departments and peers, including analytics teams across marketing and sales organizations, as well as the small business marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic insights and recommendations for business direction.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop marketing plans and build insights.
  • Evaluate competitors' marketing plans to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct research to inform key initiatives and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop materials to inform the organization of strategic initiatives and drivers.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across corporate functions.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
