Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team and driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reports.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.

Licensing Requirements:

  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
