We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Business Development Manager to join our team at Elgen Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and landscapes, analyzing and reporting on key market developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, program management, and manufacturing, to create and communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Work with clients to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate system information.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing target account conquest strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, and negotiating pricing and delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CAD software (Catia, NX, etc.).
- Ability to travel within a territory, up to 30%, and occasionally internationally.
