Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GTN Technical Staffing. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch support to users of custom software, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to users of custom software via email and phone
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 1 year of technical phone chat or email support/software support experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts or night shift
  • Flexibility with scheduling and working overtime if needed
