We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GTN Technical Staffing. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch support to users of custom software, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to users of custom software via email and phone
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 1 year of technical phone chat or email support/software support experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts or night shift
- Flexibility with scheduling and working overtime if needed
