Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Dallas area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns
  • Provide sales support and training to sales team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Intermediate understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office
