Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the region. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic hardware, software, mechanical, and RF design, as well as experience in contract manufacturing and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and key vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and project management
- Monitor sales progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics, business development, or contract manufacturing
- Proven success in working with outside partnerships to generate opportunities and align strategic initiatives
- Design, contract management, and project management experience highly preferred
