Outbound Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Win at Sales LLC. As an Outbound Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating new qualified sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your pipeline and work closely with BDRs and BCs to efficiently move prospects through the sales process.
- Build rapport and engage with prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficient in using Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and follow up diligently.
