Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at McGrath. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, preparing quotes, and negotiating pricing. You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and providing information and feedback on competition and potential new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing in compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using our proprietary software
  • Provide information and feedback on competition and potential new markets
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Technical work experience in electronic test and measurement equipment or related electronics/telecommunications experience
  • General knowledge of rental/lease practices and financial practices/principles
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
