District Sales Manager at Bay Insulation Systems

The District Sales Manager for Bay Insulation Systems is responsible for overseeing sales operations across Louisiana and Southwest Mississippi. This position entails collaborating with contractors, insulation firms, brokers, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders involved in Metal Building Insulation. Furthermore, the District Sales Manager will represent EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc., a company specializing in metal walk door manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotes.
  • Secure customer orders effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and fulfill their requirements.
  • Develop, assess, and execute district sales strategies.
  • Manage internal customer support initiatives.
  • Promote Bay Insulation Systems and its offerings within the designated district.
  • Identify and engage potential new customers.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee expenses and travel arrangements within the assigned territory.
  • Exhibit flexibility for overnight travel and adapt to varying work schedules.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is required.
  • Experience in construction-related sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Metal Building construction is a plus.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
