The Role

The TAVI Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales and clinical targets for the Structural Heart TAVI division within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to identify opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals.
- Coordinate daily activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and the regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
- Develop and execute customer-centric sales and clinical strategies to support TAVI program objectives.
- Create actionable sales and account plans leveraging clinical insights and data analytics.
- Utilize sales management tools to oversee the sales process effectively.
- Complete training programs to gain authorization for independent case support.
- Provide case support during TAVI procedures, ensuring the safe use of our devices.
- Assess patient anatomy and valve sizing for pre-case planning using advanced imaging software.
- Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings, trade shows, and educational events.
- Deliver training sessions for proper product usage and maintain clinical expertise through ongoing education.
- Manage account forecasts and execute quarterly action plans.
- Complete necessary vendor credentialing processes for hospital access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in cardiovascular sales, with at least 5 years in Structural Heart or related fields.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge of severe aortic stenosis.
- Strong sales performance and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements, including potential vaccination verification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in TAVI industry sales.
- Familiarity with imaging modalities such as CT, TTE, TEE, and angiography.
