Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement a structured Sales Process Model to develop sales protocols aimed at enhancing conversion rates and optimizing sales interactions.
2. Work closely with Account Management teams to leverage best practices and integrate innovative technologies to boost market sales.
3. Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities.
4. Mentor and elevate product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers, engaging senior management in training initiatives.
5. Assist in overseeing current staff and participate in the recruitment of additional team members.
6. Commit to existing Accountability Measures and foster a culture of ownership.
7. Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance brand visibility and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the Laboratory/Diagnostics sector.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on Territory and Accountability.
- Experience in Diagnostic Laboratory Sales is essential, with a specific emphasis on Toxicology Sales.
