POSITION REPORTS TO: Central Texas Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel extensively within designated territories to present and promote company offerings to existing and prospective clients at their locations.

• Develop action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets aimed at achieving or surpassing sales margin objectives.

• Initiate the sales process by arranging meetings, delivering presentations, and comprehending customer account needs.

• Conduct sales activities beyond the employer's premises.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.

• Maintain sales materials, stay updated on product knowledge, and manage vendor relationships.

• Keep monthly pipeline communication with management and review monthly sales reports.

• Ensure pricing is current and reflective of regional trends.

• Drive sales growth in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

• Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.

• Collaborate with customers and company personnel to create new accounts and assist in maintaining and updating customer account details.

• Identify and address client concerns effectively.

• Generate various status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to objectives.

• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activities to relevant company personnel.

• Participate in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

• Provide support and insights as they relate to internal department leaders.

• Adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations, including applicable safety protocols.

• Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the organization.

• Follow up for payment collection and address customer concerns promptly.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a drug and background check, including MVR and criminal history.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Dynamic personality.
