Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive - Doors and Security
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive - Doors and Security to join our team in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on key accounts and new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and upselling/cross-selling relevant products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and operations teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales) and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions


Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
