Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at HR Partners, Inc. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with CEOs and business leaders of companies with up to 200 employees, presenting tailored HR solutions that drive growth and success.
You will engage and persuade potential clients through strategic outreach and follow-up, making an average of 80–120 cold calls daily to generate interest and schedule high-value appointments. Research shows that for every 100 calls, industry averages indicate 1–3 successful appointments. Are you ready to beat the odds?
As a key member of our team, you will build relationships with business leaders, identifying pain points and introducing our services. You will also drive results by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through your efforts.
The ideal candidate will have persistence, a professional voice, sales savvy, an entrepreneurial spirit, tech-savviness, detailed-oriented skills, project management skills, and professionalism. If you possess these qualities and are eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
