Electrical Industry Business Development

This position is responsible for leading and managing the company's efforts to secure and manage government contracts and projects. The successful candidate will develop strategies to grow government business, build relationships with key government agencies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new government contracting opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives in the government sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in government sales, preferably within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- Proven track record of securing and managing government contracts.
