Business Development Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
DH Pace Company, Inc. is a leading provider of door and door-related products and commercial security solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Representative to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision options, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan with employer match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with decision-makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Influence customers' decisions to utilize our vast line of door products and services
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
