Enterprise Sales Executive

Xyon Global is searching for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Information Technology Services division. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-performing company that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client management, with a strong background in technology and leadership relationships. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, working closely with clients, partners, and affiliates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Partner with clients for training and application to stay up-to-date with IT industry changes.
- Generate sales activities such as meetings, conference calls, and event attendance.
- Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates.
- Work with key accounts to provide product and service solutions, develop new business, and ensure satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven success in client management
- 3-5 years of working in technology - mandatory
- IT Leadership Relationships - mandatory
- Current book of business selling into medium-large enterprise in either Arizona or Riverside CA - nice to have.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Experience prospecting at a high volume
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salary Range:
- $70k - $340k salary including OTE (On Target Earnings)
