Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strategic selling skills to hunt and educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of Ziprecruiter.
  • Partner with leaders, customer success managers, and product strategists to manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
  • Closed new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts.
  • Work to develop and circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with selling net new business to enterprise-sized customers.
  • Demonstrated and consistent track record of winning new enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US (25%).
