Your primary responsibility will be creating tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute these plans and drive results.

  • Sales strategy development: Developing and implementing sales strategies that meet the unique needs of each Enterprise client.
  • Account growth & expansion: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each client.
  • Enable client satisfaction: Providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Managing complex contract negotiations and closing large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.

We offer a competitive base salary of $101,700 - $183,480, along with the opportunity to earn up to $169,500 in target incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-7 years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees)
  • 7-10 years of business sales experience with an established track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base
  • Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level
  • Strategic account planning, account management, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
