Enterprise Sales Executive, Net New Growth

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead net new growth for our top-tier clients. This role requires a strategic sales approach to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the enterprise market.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level professionals. A proven track record of success in enterprise sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the recruitment advertising landscape, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive net new business growth
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads in the enterprise market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted solutions for clients
- Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment advertising landscape and its applications in the enterprise market
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience with 3+ years of experience selling net new business to enterprise-sized customers
- 1+ year in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media, and/or advertising sales
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close new high-level business sales
- Ability to travel extensively within the US

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on location and performance. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
