Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator II plays a crucial role in establishing and managing administrative frameworks and processes. This position serves as the primary point of contact for information related to the unit, project, or program. The coordinator is responsible for collecting and maintaining data, assisting in the preparation of reports, and utilizing various software applications to achieve these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain financial, personnel, and administrative records.
- Ensure effective communication flow within the department.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and seminars, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Contribute to departmental objectives by performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in various office software applications, including email, calendar management, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Previous office experience is required.

Additional Information:
- Preferred Pay Rate Range: BR-BR
- Report-To Detail: 100% on Campus
- Tenure Limit: 3 months
- FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt/OT Eligible
- Required Education: High School Graduate
- Required occupational training, certifications, or licenses: None

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to navigate multiple buildings across campus for extended periods.
