We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator for our client.

Position Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Location: Not specified

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $24/hr - $29/hr

Role Overview:

  • The organization offers comprehensive planning and design services, alongside construction management and facility maintenance to ensure the upkeep of its extensive campus resources.
  • Deliver administrative and logistical assistance to senior leadership within the organization.
  • Oversee intricate scheduling, including both large and small gatherings.
  • Facilitate scheduling support for additional staff members.
  • Act as a member of the administrative team, providing primary reception duties for the office.
  • Render general administrative assistance, which includes coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, assembling meeting materials, and providing coordination and support for meetings.
  • Support the organization with departmental archive management.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail, are essential.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to manage various projects, archive files, and maintain calendars for senior leadership and other personnel.
