Job Overview

TEKsystems is in search of a Facilities Coordinator to support a prominent multi-national technology organization.

The ideal candidate will assist with various office and facilities responsibilities – including managing deliveries, processing supply requests, coordinating maintenance services, and sorting mail. We are looking for an individual who is professional, dependable, and ready to engage in general office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist all visitors and occupants, ensuring a positive experience at the facility.

2. Ensure that all vendors and guests receive the necessary identification badges through the current access system.

3. Report any discrepancies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator for resolution.

4. Timely order and maintain breakroom supplies, while managing inventory levels.

5. Keep an adequate stock of office supplies to facilitate smooth operations.

6. Manage the receipt of all incoming mail and packages, while keeping a detailed log of all transactions.

7. Handle work order intake through the designated management tool.

8. Provide temporary parking passes to visitors as requested.

9. Perform additional tasks as necessary to enhance operational efficiency.

10. Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
