Role Responsibilities:
The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) serves as the primary advisor for clients, guiding them on how to achieve their operational or programmatic objectives through Juvare solutions. The CES is an authority on our offerings and the domains of preparedness and response, responsible for promoting client utilization of our services and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their motivations for choosing Juvare solutions, and defining success metrics.
- Creating and overseeing tailored client success plans for key accounts, while monitoring overall client health.
- Ensuring clients are informed about the latest features and best practices associated with our solutions.
- Highlighting the return on investment (ROI) derived from Juvare solutions during regular business reviews.
- Addressing client concerns and knowing when to escalate issues to relevant departments.
Community Building:
Fostering a strong Juvare Community is essential. This includes:
- Sharing inspiring client success stories through informal sessions.
- Organizing discussions on urgent topics affecting stakeholders.
- Facilitating meetings with diverse audiences, including executive-level participants.
Commercial Relationship Management:
The goal is to maintain and deepen commercial relationships in line with our core values, which involves:
- Ensuring timely contract renewals.
- Identifying new use cases for our solutions among stakeholders.
- Connecting stakeholders with our sales team for new modules or solutions.
Client Advocacy:
Acting as the voice of the client within Juvare entails:
- Providing updates to leadership regarding client health and potential risks.
- Collaborating with Product Management to integrate client feedback into new offerings.
- Partnering with colleagues to enhance our understanding of client needs and industry trends.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in emergency preparedness, management, business continuity, or public health.
- A proven track record of collaborating with teams to address complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Experience in encouraging clients to adopt innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
