Position Overview: We are seeking a **Marketing Specialist** to work closely with utility partners in executing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives aimed at boosting participation in residential demand response programs. This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage marketing expertise and project management skills while contributing to a company that prioritizes energy-related software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with utility partners to enhance enrollment in demand response initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with utility client representatives to garner support for essential marketing strategies.
- Deliver presentations on marketing approaches, project timelines, and analytical insights to utility clients.
- Promote marketing best practices that facilitate efficient enrollment growth.
- Work alongside the client success team to advocate for effective program marketing techniques.
- Ensure cohesive marketing messaging across multiple channels.
- Develop engaging content and case studies to improve marketing effectiveness for clients.
- Create, revise, and oversee marketing materials for utility clients across websites, social media, and email communications.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Key Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in B2C acquisition marketing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas for clients.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies such as SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Informed perspectives on marketing copy, design, and user experience best practices.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the energy sector or a proven ability to quickly learn about complex industries.
- A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and building relationships.
