Job Overview

Peak Performers is collaborating with a leading SaaS technology organization to find a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering enterprise value to our clients through the implementation of advanced predictive analytics and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively oversee a specified territory within the United States, focusing on Enterprise Target Accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to implement a lead-generation strategy aimed at identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to execute a targeted outreach plan towards high-value accounts and leads within your assigned territory.
  • Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales pipeline goals and targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and opportunity stages in line with company sales policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a solid understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Proven track record of achieving new business sales targets within Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Third Party Risk, Credit Risk, or Risk Management is highly desirable.
  • Cross-functional experience collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive opportunities and secure deals.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS, Software Sales, or Technology, along with knowledge of MEDDPIC principles and/or Solution Selling methodologies.
  • A commitment to continuous learning to enhance sales tactics and strategies for improved success rates.
  • Strong professional presence with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

Position Details
  • Compensation: $150K - $200K base salary.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week).
