About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales and Recruitment: Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and candidate sourcing.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, recruitment, and marketing, to develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop and execute plans to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of commercial experience in sales or staffing and recruitment.
  • Prospecting and Sales: Proven track record of success in prospecting and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with sales tools, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
