About the Role

Yardi Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial Large Strategic Account team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and cultivating strong relationships with key decision makers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed individual sales goals
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Yardi products and industry trends to present value propositions to clients and prospects
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key decision makers and understand business needs for every prospect or client assigned
  • Execute full sales cycles, including lead generation, discovery and goal setting, pricing and packaging, RFP management, contract negotiation, and closure
  • Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and our products/services
Requirements
  • Five plus (5+) years of successful sales experience in software or tech industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions and new business development
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles
  • Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding sales goals
