Job Overview

The Senior Sales Executive for Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic vision and driving growth initiatives for our organization. This position involves comprehensive oversight of strategic planning and business development activities, as well as managing the Regional Sales Executives and Business Development Directors. You will be instrumental in leading initiatives that strategically align the company for sustainable success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative assistance as required for corporate sales functions, including support for onboarding and coaching programs for the Director of Community Relations, as well as company-wide sales initiatives and project management.
  • Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance targets, collaborating with Operations to establish consistent reporting and accountability through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize industry benchmarking data and strong analytical skills to identify market trends and explore alternative strategies that drive results.
  • Oversee strategic planning and business development efforts.
  • Manage the evaluation and development of new services and programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and addressing community and client needs.
  • Enhance existing CRM platform capabilities and identify development opportunities to boost revenue generation.
  • Support the management of paid referral partners and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Facilitate key strategic development projects.
  • Assist the team in delivering sales training programs as needed.
  • Ensure awareness of open positions and onboarding timelines.
  • Communicate and support the onboarding progress of the Director of Sales in collaboration with the Regional Director of Sales and Executive Director.
  • Monitor compliance and communication regarding the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Assist the Vice-President of Sales in setting, tracking, and achieving sales objectives in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit effective telephone, scheduling, and administrative skills.
  • Actively engage as a team member, committed to achieving collective goals.
  • Contribute to overall engagement programs and processes for both customers and team members.
  • Participate in regular meetings as directed by the Vice President.
  • Maintain compliance with required training to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee all sales training initiatives, developing content, processes, and procedures that align with the organization's strategic goals and performance objectives.
  • Identify, facilitate, and implement best practices.
  • Assist the VP of Sales in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Build a comprehensive approach to measuring sales talent and identifying opportunities, including talent and succession planning.
  • In partnership with the VP of Sales, provide oversight for Regional Sales Executives and Business Development Directors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of Sales or COO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership role within the assisted living or related healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
