Northbound Executive Search is representing a distinguished Private Equity firm in their search for a Senior Administrative Executive to enhance their expanding administrative team.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with significant opportunities for professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner as a subject matter expert (SME) to co-develop essential components of the Administrative program.

Recruitment:
Work alongside the HRBP to create and implement a unique sourcing and recruitment strategy.Staff Management:
Oversee resource allocation and manage staffing requirements to address absences (such as extended vacations or leaves) by effectively managing temporary resources.Workforce Strategy:
Maintain ongoing communication with professionals to assess administrative performance and provide continuous coaching, support, and development throughout the year.Learning and Development:
Partner with the HR business partner to design and implement structured learning programs, including in-person and technology-focused training sessions.Performance Management:
Lead the year-end performance evaluation and compensation process to ensure fairness and equity across the board.Functional Liaison:
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to outline business requirements during the implementation of new systems (such as intranet and expense management) and processes.

Act as a representative for related matters, ensuring effective communication of operational updates to the administrative team and addressing any issues or concerns raised by the administrative staff.

Change Leadership:
Facilitate change management initiatives related to new processes and systems.Communication Strategy:
Provide updates regarding new hires to the firm and engage empathetically with team members to guide them through transitions.Inspirational Leadership:
Establish yourself as a credible leader who inspires followership, while designing and leading team-building activities to foster camaraderie and community among the administrative workforce.
