About the Role:

Taalk is in search of an innovative Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our AI-driven communication solutions. This position is crucial for enhancing our presence across various sectors, including insurance, home services, fintech, and automotive. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying and securing partnerships that foster revenue growth and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Strategic Alliances: Actively pursue and cultivate new business relationships that promote growth and revenue for Taalk, with a focus on clients seeking scalable AI-powered communication solutions.
  • Client Acquisition and Integration: Effectively close agreements and onboard clients with mutually beneficial terms, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Enhance Existing Relationships: Proactively manage and develop relationships with current clients by optimizing communication campaign performance, tracking essential metrics (e.g., dropped calls, conversion rates), and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, identify new opportunities, and suggest potential verticals and markets for Taalk to explore.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align on company goals and drive collective success.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to continuously refine Taalk's strategies and offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in selling and managing pay-per-call campaigns.
  • Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the affiliate marketing, communication solutions, or AI sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that lead to sustainable revenue growth.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability to select reliable clients who are financially sound and adhere to payment agreements.
  • Sector Knowledge: Strong expertise and connections in sectors such as insurance, financial services, home services, and automotive.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to Travel: Availability to attend industry events and conferences throughout the year.

Performance Metrics:

  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving consistent revenue increases by onboarding new clients and expanding Taalk's market presence.
  • Partnership Effectiveness: Evaluated by the quantity and quality of strategic partnerships established and their contribution to overall revenue growth.
  • Budget Management: Successfully manage budgets to achieve a strong return on investment for marketing expenditures.
  • Market Penetration: Success will be measured by effectively entering new verticals and achieving revenue targets in those areas.
