The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the Strategic Partnerships Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing robust Go-To-Market strategies for partnerships that enhance our growth and market visibility within the financial services sector. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and implement partnerships that align with our strategic goals.

Your Impact

Relationship Development and Management:

Proactively identify and engage potential partners across various organizations, serving as the initial point of contact to gauge interest.

Professionally represent the company to attract interest from targeted firms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, acting as the primary liaison for partnership interactions, fostering collaboration, and driving mutual benefits.

Execution of Go-To-Market Strategies:

Design and implement comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for new partnerships, detailing key objectives, target demographics, value propositions, and timelines for execution.

Lead the rollout of Go-To-Market initiatives, which include product launches, marketing strategies, sales support activities, and customer engagement plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development, preferably within the mortgage or payments sectors.

Ability to analyze the value chain and articulate innovative value propositions within existing business frameworks.

Proven success in executing significant partnerships that introduce innovative products and financial services to the market.

Experience in sourcing and implementing deals with banking partners, including scaling these initiatives across multiple partners.

Background in a fast-paced, technology-driven startup environment is preferred, with a willingness to engage in detailed execution.

Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to manage and track deal pipelines and progress.

Preferred: Familiarity with navigating and anticipating regulatory and legal considerations for payment or mortgage-related partnerships.
