SUMMARY

Together with the Executive Director and the Development Team the CPM is responsible for strategic planning and collaboration in all areas of church engagement. The Church Partnerships Manager leads the coordination of QC PRC efforts to build a solid network of church partnerships to increase the support of the ministry through giving, serving, and praying. This position recruits, develops and manages church partnerships, with a focus on building long-term relationships that invite churches into meaningful partnerships that facilitate the ongoing funding and growth of PRC in accordance with the Church's God-given objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing unique engagement activities designed to attract, retain, and grow church partnerships.

Note: Role may be a Coordinator, Manager, or Director, depending on experience.

MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Committed Christian who has and demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

2. Strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life, particularly issues related to abortion.

3. Agreement with and willingness to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and QCPRC policies and procedures.

4. One year of experience as a volunteer or employee in some ministry capacity.

5. Experience in a helping profession which has entailed management experience or equivalent.

6. Skilled in interpersonal communication, coaching, organization, and problem solving.

7. Ability to provide spiritual leadership and discipleship for staff and volunteers.

8. Ability to fulfill responsibilities with little supervision.

9. Excellent discernment and decision-making skills specifically related to stewardship of QC PRC resources.

10. Strong administrative skills to provide detailed records of client needs, client commitment and QC PRC resource tracking.

11. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

12. Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.

13. Excellent people skills, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1. Prefer bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2. Experience working for a church or non-profit.

3. Proven ability to establish, develop and strategically advance key relationships with donors

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with the Development Team in the creation of the annual Development Plan to care for and cultivate churches that support QC PRC budget requirements.

2. Consistently evaluate and refine plans with the Development Team.

3. Work in sync with the outlined annual Development Plan to set goals for church engagement and church support.

4. Together with the Development Team, provide strategic planning and oversight for all fundraising events.

5. Acquire, cultivate, and enlist church and community support for QC PRC's mission through speaking engagements, church visits, thank you calls/texts, direct mail, and group projects.

6. Compellingly communicate the vision and mission of the organization in ways that motivate small groups, community groups and churches; including but not limited to "meet and greets" at the center as well as public speaking engagements.

7. Provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of all church giving to include pledges and gifts.

8. Thank churches for financial gifts as well as group/community projects.

9. Facilitate consistent communication with supportive and prospective churches.

10. Work closely with the Development Team to care for or seamlessly transfer donor relationships, as necessary.

11. Actively manage Donor database information for all churches, documenting all donor contacts and reporting on activities/results and to optimize fundraising effectiveness

13. Collaborate with Development team to develop printed materials to be used to engage churches and individuals.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Assume any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the Executive Director.

2. Attend required staff meetings as scheduled.

3. Attend major QC PRC events and be available to help as directed by the Executive Director.

4. Receive a written evaluation by the Executive Director after 90 days in the position and annually thereafter.
