Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Strategic Alliances: Actively pursue and cultivate new business relationships that drive growth and revenue for Taalk, particularly targeting clients in need of scalable AI communication solutions.
- Client Acquisition and Integration: Effectively finalize agreements and onboard clients with mutually beneficial terms, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction.
- Enhance Existing Client Relationships: Proactively manage and expand partnerships with current clients by optimizing communication campaign performance, tracking key metrics (e.g., call drop rates, conversion ratios), and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, pinpoint emerging opportunities, and propose new sectors and markets for Taalk to explore.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align on corporate objectives and drive collective success.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, industry shifts, and competitor activities to consistently refine Taalk's strategies and offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in selling and managing pay-per-call campaigns.
- Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the affiliate marketing, call solutions, or AI sectors.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that yield sustainable revenue growth.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to select reliable clients who are financially sound and adhere to payment schedules.
- Sector Knowledge: Strong expertise and connections in industries such as insurance, financial services, home services, and automotive.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to Travel: Availability to attend industry events and conferences throughout the year.
Performance Metrics:
