Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client engagement program
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients while collaborating with stakeholders to secure new business opportunities
- Act as the firm's representative to clients, industry peers, and business partners
- Maintain visibility within professional marketing and community networks
- Identify and pursue business opportunities for the firm
- Conduct thorough research to gather insights on potential clients and projects
- Perform market analysis to pinpoint emerging markets, new clientele, and other business prospects
- Arrange meetings with both new and existing clients to gather project-related information
- Build and sustain a robust professional network
- Engage in client-focused organizations
- Oversee the client satisfaction initiative
- Operate within both short-term and long-term business development cycles
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience in the AEC sector preferred
- If no degree, 6-10 years of relevant AEC experience is necessary
- Comprehensive understanding of AEC industry terminology and practices
- Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with high-level stakeholders both internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Motivated, diligent, and takes pride in delivering quality work
- Persistent and capable of consistently following through on tasks while documenting efforts
- Experience in tracking progress and achieving set benchmarks
