Primary Objective of Position:
Our client is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure that their sales consistently meet or exceed the established targets. This role will concentrate on professional engagement to secure sales opportunities by collaborating closely with current active clients, revitalizing productive relationships with dormant clients, and identifying and securing sales with new clients. The individual will also work alongside the existing team to foster the achievement of the team's defined sales objectives.
You will have the opportunity to enhance your innovative ideas, elevate the customer experience in printing, and devise strategies for success. Regardless of the sector—retail, consumer packaged goods, finance, healthcare, quick-service restaurants, and beyond—our client's customized solutions resonate, ensuring that the brand's voice remains distinctive and impactful.
Key Results:
- Proficient in prospecting and strategically navigating through the stages of the purchasing process.
- Clear understanding of the offerings and the ability to articulate them effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Identifies synergies between prospects' challenges and marketing solutions.
- Effectively prioritizes to overcome the status quo.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with internal resources of the organization.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Extensive experience initiating purchasing processes and advancing them to closure through complex contract negotiations with large corporations.
- Proven track record in selling intricate solutions (multi-buyer/multi-step) at the executive level (Procurement, Marketing, Finance) of major organizations.
- 5-7 years of experience selling complex (multi-buyer/multi-step) service solutions to executive-level decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Strong skills in prospecting and needs analysis.
- Effective group presentation abilities.
- Experience with transactions of $1.5MM and above.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong internal relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Accustomed to a lengthy, strategic purchasing process (6 months+).
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and self-driven.
- Comfortable and effective in remote work environments with limited management oversight.
- Experienced in a collaborative selling environment where they lead the team.
- Proven employment history with tenures of 5 years or more.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
