Position Overview:

Taalk is on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead the advancement of our innovative AI-driven call solutions. This role is crucial for broadening our influence across diverse sectors, including insurance, home services, fintech, and automotive. The perfect candidate will be adept at spotting and securing alliances that boost revenue and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Strategic Alliances: Actively pursue and cultivate new business connections that drive growth and revenue for Taalk, concentrating on clients seeking scalable AI-powered call solutions.
  • Client Acquisition and Integration: Effectively close agreements and onboard clients with mutually beneficial terms, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Enhance Existing Client Relationships: Proactively manage and grow relationships with current clients by optimizing call campaign performance, tracking essential metrics (e.g., dropped calls, conversion rates), and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry developments, pinpoint emerging opportunities, and suggest new verticals and markets for Taalk to explore.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align on company goals and drive collective success.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to continuously refine Taalk's strategy and offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in selling and managing pay-per-call campaigns.
  • Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the affiliate marketing, call solutions, or AI sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that lead to sustainable revenue growth.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven experience in selecting reliable clients who maintain financial stability and adhere to payment schedules.
  • Sector Knowledge: Strong expertise and connections in industries such as insurance, financial services, home services, and automotive.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to attend industry events and conferences throughout the year.

Performance Metrics:

  • Revenue Growth: Accountable for driving consistent revenue growth by onboarding new clients and expanding Taalk's market presence.
  • Partnership Effectiveness: Evaluated based on the quantity and quality of strategic partnerships established and their contribution to overall revenue growth.
  • Budget Management: Successfully manage budgets and achieve a strong return on investment for marketing expenditures.
  • Market Penetration: Success will be measured by effectively entering new verticals and meeting revenue targets in those areas.
