We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing our IT framework, refining our onboarding procedures, and ensuring the uninterrupted functionality of our essential systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee our complete endpoint ecosystem, which includes the acquisition, setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of employee devices.
  • Design and sustain resilient network structures across our main offices and remote locations, ensuring consistent availability and performance.
  • Provide extensive audio/visual support for various corporate events, ranging from routine meetings to large-scale gatherings.
  • Deliver prompt and compassionate helpdesk assistance, addressing technical issues to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to assist in new project implementations, offering technical expertise for expansion initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to proactively identify and resolve IT challenges, improving system efficiency and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup or large technology firm in roles such as consulting, operations, project management, or IT.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Exhibit empathy, humility, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • [preferred] Familiarity with Python or SQL.
  • [preferred] Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), helpdesk systems, and IT inventory management tools.
  • [preferred] Basic knowledge of network engineering, particularly with Meraki.
