Our Infrastructure Engineering division plays a pivotal role in supporting our rapid expansion by constructing and managing large-scale data centers, overseeing server fleet life cycles, and delivering cloud solutions while ensuring reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator within the cloud and systems team, you will spearhead vital infrastructure projects in collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Oversee all facets of project management, including planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, data analysis, communication, risk assessment, and project delivery.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams.
  • Engage and collaborate with various teams, including engineering and product, to foster commitment, negotiate requirements, and enhance project alignment and progress.
  • Effectively communicate project timelines, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside Program Managers and leadership to identify and address challenges.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Asana.
  • Experience in software development project management, particularly within Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, including cloud services, data centers, networking, and systems.
  • An understanding of data center development, cloud infrastructure, and asset management ecosystems.
  • A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong commitment to follow-through.
