Role Description

As part of the Software Engineering division, the Software Delivery Services and Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and maintaining the technology that supports Software Engineering's build infrastructure. We seek project managers who excel in a fast-paced setting where individual initiative and teamwork are essential for success. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a diverse range of internal and external teams to ensure the ongoing development and reliability of critical services.

While a solid understanding of project management fundamentals is crucial, other qualities are equally important. The team prioritizes infrastructure initiatives and must always consider the best interests of the services they oversee, as well as the broader organization and company. As a proactive member of Software Delivery, you will help resolve conflicts among passionate teams while keeping these perspectives in mind.

Given the complexity of the systems involved, you will need to quickly grasp intricate interdependencies and assess new requests in relation to these systems. The ability to think critically and engage in constructive discussions about project strategies is vital. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for all candidates. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong sense of accountability who can independently tackle challenges without needing direction.

Compensation & Benefits
  • At Apple, base salary is one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a range that allows for growth as you advance in your role. The base salary range for this position is between $129,600 and $236,300, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Eligible employees can receive discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts on products and services, and reimbursement for educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
