Role:
IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Syntricate Technologies

Job Type:
Contractual Role

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - Local candidates preferred

Interview Process:
  • 2-3 rounds of interviews, including discussions with hiring manager and team members.

This position is focused on managing distinct projects within the IT Infrastructure domain, rather than traditional software development life cycle (SDLC) management.

Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will oversee various projects related to IT infrastructure and facilities across corporate and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, and audio-visual collaboration technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with engineers and third-party vendors. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and manage resources and vendors.
  • Experience in a results-oriented environment, demonstrating continuous improvement and delivery of initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills to enhance data integrity and accuracy within the PMO framework.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with various stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams.

Proficiency in project management tools (such as Smartsheet and MS Project) and expertise in Office 365 applications are required. Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Zoom is also necessary.

Project Management Approach:
Utilize Waterfall methodologies to plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information system-specific projects. Define project requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and manage the implementation process, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Projects may vary in size, complexity, and scope.
