Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at MedImpact. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in pharmacy benefits management or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic plans.
