Account Executive Job Description

At Paladin Technologies, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a technical sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling complex integrated solutions in the integrated security, networking/data cabling, and commercial audio-visual industries
  • Knowledge of IP networks, low-voltage electronics, and power and communications technologies
  • Experience with access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and client-server security applications
