About the Role

Visier, a leader in people analytics, is seeking a highly ambitious Sr. Partner Manager to accelerate its momentum. This role requires an expert in enterprise software sales, with skills in strategy, account and opportunity planning, storytelling, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Joint Go-to-Market Programs: Collaborate with named partners to define joint value propositions, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Build and Grow Relationships: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consulting and advisory partners.
  • Manage Partnerships: Track partnerships against Enterprise pipeline and revenue targets, driving urgency and engagement with sales teams.
  • Support Sales Cycles: Work closely with Enterprise sellers to navigate partner ecosystems, serving as a day-to-day contact and point of escalation.
  • Global Relationship Mapping: Build out global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms, prospecting, identifying new contacts, engaging, and nurturing relationships.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Enterprise Sales, Solutions, Partner Marketing, and other internal stakeholders on business development, demand generation, sales cycle support, and ensuring alignment of Strategic Partnerships into key initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, management consulting, and/or partner management/activation.
  • Experience working with large consulting firms/GSIs, a plus.
  • Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations, and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with all levels of an organization.
  • Impressive business and financial acumen, with the ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across a range of industry sectors.
  • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity to build world-class go-to-market programs that meet partner and Visier needs.
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company delivering disruptive solutions to Fortune 2000 companies is an asset.
