BDO is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager, Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our Specialized Tax Services Partnerships practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of partnership taxation and its practical applications.
- Assist clients in identifying and addressing potential partnership taxation issues.
- Prepare and review partnership specific computations and tax returns.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tax strategies that maximize benefits and minimize risks.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a public accounting firm or private industry.
- Specialized knowledge of partnership taxation and its applications.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead projects.
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $76,000 - $160,000.
